Who picks Basic

Practices that:

  • Want to try AI on lower-stakes inbound traffic (chat) before adding voice
  • Don't have a high inbound call volume
  • Already have strong front-desk phone coverage

You can upgrade to Pro at any time without redoing setup — your FAQs, AI name, and branding all carry over.

Who picks Pro

This is the default. Pick Pro if you:

  • Have a meaningful inbound call volume (60+ calls/month)
  • Want call answering 24/7, including after-hours
  • Use OpenDental and want auto-booking
  • Need HIPAA BAA coverage

Who picks Growth

Pick Growth if you:

  • Average more than 250 inbound voice minutes a week
  • Are a multi-doctor or busy specialist practice
  • Want priority support during onboarding
  • Want a hands-on launch with a dedicated success contact

Switching plans later

Effective immediately. Your minute pool refreshes the moment the upgrade processes. Stripe prorates so you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle.

The trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.

The trial includes full plan features — you're not getting a stripped-down preview. If you pick Pro, you get Pro for 14 days. The one difference is voice minutes, which are capped a little lower during the trial (500 on Pro, 1,000 on Growth) and jump to the full allowance when you convert — see Voice minutes and what happens at the limit.

What's not on the list

Multi-Practice (multi-location) is currently shelved and not bookable. Email support if you need it — we'll let you know when it's back.
