Do I need IT or my phone provider's help to set up call forwarding?

No. Most practice managers do it themselves in a few minutes. Salva AI gives you a new phone number, and you forward your existing office line to it using your carrier's standard call forwarding setting — same as forwarding to voicemail. We have step-by-step guides for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum, Comcast, RingCentral, and most VoIP providers. Your office number stays the same and forwarding is fully reversible.

What's included in the 14-day free trial?

You get full access to whichever plan you choose — Basic, Pro, or Growth. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until the 14-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you owe nothing. Voice minutes are capped a little lower during the trial (500 on Pro, 1,000 on Growth); you get the full allowance when you convert.

What happens if I exceed my monthly voice minutes?

Your calls are never dropped. Once you reach your monthly limit, Salva quietly forwards new calls straight to your office line — no overage charges, and the patient never hears a billing message. You'll get a heads-up email as you approach the limit, and you can upgrade anytime to refresh your minutes immediately. Minutes don't roll over month to month, but minutes used during a trial carry into your first paid cycle.

Is patient data safe?

Yes. The AI does not collect clinical diagnoses, treatment histories, or health conditions. When booking an appointment, basic scheduling details (name, phone, and appointment preference) are collected. HIPAA-aligned — a BAA is available on Pro and Growth plans.
