Get your embed code
Log in to your dashboard and find the Embed Your Widget section. Your unique code is already generated — just click to copy it.

Add it to your website
Choose your website platform for step-by-step instructions:
This adds the widget to every page of your site automatically.
- 1In your Squarespace dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.
- 2Select Developer Tools. (On older Squarespace plans this may be labeled Advanced.)
- 3Click Code Injection.
- 4Scroll to the Footer field and paste your embed code.
- 5Click Save. Your widget will now appear on every page.
Test your widget
After saving your changes, open your website in a new browser tab.
- 1Look for the blue chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your page.
- 2Click it — the AI chat window should slide open.
- 3Send a test message to confirm it's responding.
- 4Not seeing it? Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or clear your browser cache.
Voice AI setup
ProForward every call to your Salva AI number so the AI answers immediately and transfers to your team when needed.
Find your forwarding number
Once you activate the Pro plan, Salva AI provisions a dedicated phone number for your practice. You'll find it in your dashboard under Settings → Voice AI.
Set up call forwarding on your office phone
Choose your phone type. We recommend forward all calls — the AI answers every call immediately and transfers to your team when needed. (Prefer the old way? Use "forward when unanswered" instead.)
Standard GSM codes — works on virtually all mobile carriers worldwide
Dial the code from your office phone keypad and press Call. Replace +XXXXXXXXXXX with your Salva AI number (include country code, e.g. +44 for UK, +1 for US).
Activate forwarding
Forward all calls (recommended)
Every call hits the AI immediately. The AI transfers to your team when a human is needed.

- 1Call your office number from a different phone.
- 2Salva should answer the call. (If you set forwarding to "forward all calls," you'll hear the AI right away. If you set "forward when unanswered," your office line rings first, then forwards to Salva.)
- 3Say "I need to speak with someone" — the AI should announce a transfer and your office line should ring.
- 4Hang up on the test. If the AI didn't pick up, double-check the forwarding number is your Salva AI number and repeat the setup steps.
